If you require your steel garage, carport, barn, farm shed or industrial machinery shed to be erected, we are the company for you. These are the reasons:
- We are registered domestic and commercial builders
- We will obtain and pay the Building Permit for you under our Builders Licence and we are responsible to the council.
- We are builder, therefore you are not liable for the steel garage, barn or industrial shed or for the sub-contractors. Most other companies insist that you, as the client, are the owner builder.
- Our sub-contractors are licensed roof plumbers covered by insurance.
- Our contracts are fixed price, so there are no hidden extras or unexpected costs at the end of the job.
- If your shed/garage contract exceeds $12,000.00, Builders Warranty Insurance is required by law. We will arrange this for you.
- Did you know that, if your steel garage or steel shed contract exceeds $5,000.00, the person arranging the contract must be a Registered Building by law. Therefore, always ask: “Are you a Registered Builder and what is your Registered Builders’ number?”
- Remember, when Tru-Bilt constructs your steel garage, carport, steel shed, barn or farm shed, we are your agent and therefore are fully answerable to both the Council Shire and Building Commission. Therefore if you sell your property within seven years of the steel garage, steel shed, barn or farm shed being erected, you will not have to worry about any conveyancing problems as your building will have been erected under Tru-Bilt’s Builders Registration.
